We aim to despatch all orders within 24 hours.

Shipping is via Royal Mail first class. If strikes etc prevent orders being sent we will revert to an alternative carrier.

Delivery Prices are calculated by the weight of the items and will be calculated at checkout

Spend over £175 and we will deliver your items free on the UK mainland.

Products like key ring tassles, which are small and light, will usually be a large letter but at present we don't have the option to account for this on the website. We will check postal charges and refund any overpayments within 48 hours.

If in stock items are ordered with pre-order items we will hold your delivery until all items are in stock. Please let us know if you require 2 separate deliveries, we can send a separate invoice for the extra delivery where required.

We use more packaging than we would like, to protect your breakable goods. Please re-use as much of the packaging as possible.
